1. Royalty-Free Commercial Manufacturing License
All 2D and 3D CAD files (.DXF, .SVG, .PDF, and supported 3D/CAM formats) generated or downloaded from CadFold are granted under a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license for both personal and commercial manufacturing. You may freely use these files to machine, laser-cut, 3D-print, embroider, fold, fabricate, and sell physical products, enclosures, sheet metal parts, mechanical components, and packaging without attribution or royalty fees.
2. Prohibition on Automated Digital Redistribution
While you may manufacture and sell unlimited physical goods and client designs using our templates, you may not scrape, bulk-mirror, or resell the raw digital CAD generator scripts or unaltered digital template collections as a competing digital download library.
3. Pre-Production Prototype & Tolerance Verification
Material thicknesses, CNC cutter diameters, 3D printer filament shrinkage, press-brake V-dies, and laser beam kerf widths vary across suppliers, humidity levels, and machine calibration. Users are responsible for producing a single physical test prototype prior to committing to mass production runs. CadFold provides all CAD generators, tools, and templates "as-is" without warranty of merchantability for specific uncalibrated machinery.
